1 Introduction & Applicability
uuok4 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the user ("you") and the uuok4 platform ("we", "us").
Before using any uuok4 service through our website, mobile site, or any other digital channel, you are requested to read these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Account Opening Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account at uuok4, you must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and the required personal details. Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorized party, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification
uuok4 may request necessary documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment method. 4.1 Deposit Conditions
You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third-party account to deposit is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, funds may be frozen and the account may be closed.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account must be fully verified to request a withdrawal. uuok4 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and may ask for additional documents if needed. Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available when you open a new account at uuok4 and make your first deposit. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies to the bonus only, not to the original deposit.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry
- A bonus may be claimed once per account only; multiple claims from members of the same household or from the same device are not allowed
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account
- uuok4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited
6 VIP Program & Cashback
Bronze Level
The starting level for new members. Regular betting allows you to advance to Bronze.
Silver Level
Increasing your betting volume beyond the Bronze level earns a promotion to Silver.
Gold Level
Members at the highest level receive premium benefits and the highest cashback rate.
Decisions on VIP level changes are entirely at uuok4's discretion. Cashback is added to your account automatically and separate terms and validity periods may apply. uuok4 reserves the right to modify the VIP program rules at any time.
7 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
7.1 Permitted Use
The uuok4 platform may only be used for legitimate entertainment and betting purposes. You must commit to acting honestly, transparently, and in compliance with our Terms.
7.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools
- Cheating in any game or manipulating the system
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Using a false identity or forged documents
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
